i first met him after i crashed on earth, right in gotham bay. and he used kryptonite to knock me out. i know he can be totally scary.

but he's secretly a big softie.

[ he lets her frown about clark being dumb and not realizing that being as super as he is makes everyone else seem inadequate. bruce is forever in her good books for that, never mind other stuff he's done for her in the past. ]

and you know he's like a total asshole with his sense of humor, right? he probably acts doubly as weird around you because you react to it.

i mean he did, relatively speaking, but he also kinda went off the rails for a while too.

we don't really hang out but i say hi every once in a while?? and ask him for fighting tips?

and sometimes i see him when i'm working/hanging with grayson or when i'm going to visit steph.

[ do any of them? krypto might, but he's a dog. and can't speak, but the dog part probably weighs heavier.

and considering they never really talked in depth about... everything that happened after fighting superboy-prime, kara might have a larger point than kon wants to admit to the light of day. sure, they talked about it, for all of one night in paris like a couple of cliches. but on the other hand, kon still has no idea tim's missing a spleen. how would that conversation go, "hey, how's your internal organs, still all there?"

sometimes he wonders if being a literal test tube baby does him more good or bad on the average. ]

well yeah. he helped train me so it only makes sense for me to go to him and diana when i'm having some trouble or want to make sure i'm still sharp.
